Refund Policy
Effective May 13, 2026
We hold a limited number of spots in every program, and once you register we stop offering yours to others. The rules below balance that reality with flexibility for things that come up. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Summer camps
- More than 14 days before the camp start date — full refund minus a non-refundable processing fee equal to Stripe's actual processing cost (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
- 7–14 days before the camp start date — 50% refund or full credit toward another session in the same calendar year.
- Less than 7 days before the camp start date — no refund. We may offer a credit at our discretion for medical or family emergencies (documentation may be requested).
- After the camp begins — no partial refunds for missed days.
2. Swim lessons
- Single lessonscan be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed lessons with less notice are not refundable but may be eligible for one make-up at our discretion.
- Lesson packagesare refundable on the unused portion if cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next scheduled lesson.
3. Private training
- Single sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are refundable in full or rescheduled at no cost.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- No-shows are billed at the full session rate.
4. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a session, day, or full program for any reason — including weather, facility closure, or insufficient enrollment — you will receive a full refund or a credit of equal value, at your choice. We will notify you as early as we can.
5. Dismissals for conduct
As described in our Terms of Service, we may dismiss a participant for unsafe behavior, repeated rule violations, or undisclosed medical conditions material to safety. No refund is owed in those cases.
6. How to request a refund or credit
Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the booking number from your confirmation. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Credits remain on file for 12 months and are non-transferable except between immediate-family participants.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback for a charge you could have resolved with us bypasses this policy, costs the business significantly, and may result in losing access to future enrollments. We are happy to work with you on legitimate billing concerns.
